The Smarter Way to Serve Coffee at Scale
All American Coffee LLC's liquid coffee concentrate is the flagship product of our operation — and has been for decades. Our shelf-stable 30X concentrate is produced from premium East African Arabica beans, delivering a rich, consistent cup every time without the complexity of traditional brewing equipment.
Available in Classic Roast and Decaffeinated profiles, our concentrate integrates seamlessly into coffee dispensing systems, foodservice operations, RTD beverage manufacturing, bakeries, ice cream production, and more. The 30X ratio means exceptional yield per unit, dramatically lowering your cost per cup versus traditional brewing or pre-made concentrates.
What Does 30X Actually Mean?
Maximum Yield, Minimal Waste
At 30X, you use 1 part concentrate to 30 parts water — roughly 0.19 fl oz of concentrate per 6oz cup, or about 0.26 fl oz per 8oz cup. This makes our concentrate one of the most economical and operationally efficient coffee solutions on the market.
No grinding, no brewing, no waste. Just dilute, dispense, and serve — consistently, at any volume.
Classic Roast & Decaffeinated — Three Formats
Both roast profiles are available in three packaging formats to suit every scale of operation — from a single foodservice location to industrial-scale production.
Most Flexible
Scholle connection compatible. Perfect for countertop dispensers, cafés, hotels, and office coffee programs. Easy to store, swap, and serve.
Best Value Mid-Volume
Ideal for high-volume cafeterias, restaurants, catering operations, and food manufacturing. Bulk pricing with excellent per-cup economy.
Industrial Scale
Maximum volume for RTD beverage manufacturers, ice cream producers, bakeries, and large-scale food processors. Lowest cost per cup available.

Frequently Asked Questions
30X means the concentrate is 30 times stronger than brewed coffee. You dilute 1 part concentrate with 30 parts water or milk to produce a ready-to-serve cup. At just under ¼ fl oz of concentrate per 8oz cup (1:30 ratio), you get extraordinary yield per unit — making it one of the most cost-effective coffee solutions for commercial buyers.
At the standard 30X dilution using approximately 0.5 fl oz of concentrate per 8oz serving, a single 64oz BiB bag yields approximately 320 cups (at 6oz per serving) or 240 cups (at 8oz per serving). A 5-gallon pail yields approximately 3,200 cups (6oz) or 2,400 cups (8oz), and a 330-gallon IBC tote yields approximately 211,200 cups (6oz) or 158,400 cups (8oz).
No. Our liquid coffee concentrate is all-natural and shelf-stable before opening — no refrigeration required. This makes it ideal for storage and distribution in foodservice, vending, and retail environments. After opening, refrigerate and use within the recommended window.
Our BiB bags use a standard Scholle connection compatible with most countertop coffee dispensers and fountain systems. For pails and IBC totes, standard commercial pumping equipment applies. Contact us and we'll help match the right format to your existing setup.
